The Slarks did their research when it came to buying their treasured Classique.
They visited us at the Harrogate motorhome and campervan show (Date for your diary! Orange will be at the Western Motorhome and Campervan Show 18th – 20th August) and then they hired and loved it.
Next was a full tour of our factory to see how we work and they also chatted through interior options. They finally revisited us at the Newbury show and then took the plunge… and they haven’t looked back since!
They are a family of 5 and the Trouvaille is the perfect size.
There are so many positives to buying a compact camper, and being the same length as A VW but slightly wider Same length as a VW, but with a lot more room! It gives you so much freedom but just that extra bit of comfort and luxury with a full size double bed, a 90 litre family size fridge and more cupboard space than you will know what to do with!
Embarking on a mum and daughter European road trip is just one of the adventures the Slarks had in store for this summer and as you will see from the photos they had a ball! From Champagne Tasting to Opera at L’Arena in Verona, to Trail Walking in Cinque Terre – you name it, they did it. The flexibility of the Trouvaille meant they could drive easily between cities, towns and villages, camp off grid and also stay at campsites. Sometimes they ate in restaurants and other times did some open air cooking which is so easy in the Trouvaille Classique with the standard external BBQ point fitting.
Following that epic trip Trouvaille 032 is not resting on the drive – oh no!...The adventures never stop! It is now providing family transport for 5 around Tuscany and the week after will be meandering home via the Italian Lakes, Switzerland and France…but then that’s another story…
One thing we know is the Slarks are not hanging around. Their campervan is giving them the freedom of the open road with a lot of luxury thrown in…what could be better! Life is for living now!
